About Our Coaches

  • Jethro Asia Sulayao is an internationally recognized pageant coach, catwalk trainer, and show director, celebrated for his expertise in pasarela and stage performance. Originally from the Philippines, he began his career in 2008 as an exclusive model in Baguio City before transitioning into directing, coaching, and mentoring. Now based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, he has become a leading figure in the country’s pageant and fashion industry, guiding numerous beauty queens and aspiring models to success on both national and international stages. Known for his precision in pasarela training, he develops tailored routines for contestants, enhancing their confidence, posture, and stage presence across swimsuit, evening gown, and question-and-answer segments. Among the queens he has trained are Nguyễn Đình Như Vân (Miss Global 2025), Trinh My Anh- Miss Earth Vietnam 2025 and Kieu Duy- Miss International Vietnam 2025 and many more. And emerging beauty titleholders across Southeast Asia. Beyond coaching, Jethro has served as a judge in various pageants and modeling competitions, including Miss Teen International Vietnam and Global Vietnam Kids Model. In recognition of his contributions, he was honored in 2023 as the “Outstanding Filipino of the Year in Southern Vietnam.”

  • Alfred “Red” Bacon is a distinguished creative director and pageant mentor, widely respected for his expertise in stage direction, performance design, and styling. Based in Vietnam, he has played a key role in elevating the standards of pageant presentation by combining artistry and precision to create impactful performances. Known for his innovative approach, Red has trained and directed several beauty queens, most notably co-creating the pasarela and stage routines of Nguyễn Đình Như Vân, Miss Global 2025, in collaboration with Jethro Asia Sulayao. In the present he is working with notable representatives of Vietnam to international pageants such as Kieu Duy- Miss International Vietnam 2025 and Trình My Anh- Miss Earth Vietnam 2025. His work focuses on bringing out individuality, confidence, and authenticity, ensuring that every contestant delivers a performance that resonates with both judges and audiences. Recognized as a visionary in the industry, Red continues to inspire and shape the next generation of beauty queens and fashion talents on both national and international stages.
